During the winter months many drivers may not want to haul across the country possibly because my vehicle didn't get picked up for almost a month after we made the deal basically. The customer service was great though because she kept in communication with us about everything and checked up once in a while. We thought she did awesome despite our vehicle taking a while to be picked up by a carrier.
