I Needed my car from Ohio to be transported to California in a hurry. I called and asked for earliest pick up. I was told it could range anywhere from $790 to $1390. I agreed to post the car for $790 and within two days I received a call from Lecia saying they were ready to pick up for $900, which was $110 over my listed price. i was ok with this since they were able to meet my deadline so fast. I needed to change my pick up address last minute and was able to do so with no problems. Once the car was picked up, i was given the drivers cell phone number to keep communication open for ETA. the driver was very responsive and kind. Anytime i had a question for Lecia or the driver, they were always available and willing to answer and help. Lecia's communication throughout the whole process made it clear to me that she was working to ensure i was satisfied. the car was delivered with no issues. I had some items in the trunk and they were still there upon delivery. It was transported in open transportation and nothing was damaged. Overall very pleased and satisfied with everyone that helped me make this hassle free.
