Slow, Late, and Dishonest - though I did get my car

Firstly, I'll mention that I did get my car and it wasn't damaged - so there's that. But it was a week and a half before the car was picked up because it was priced too low, despite clearly communicating that I'm willing to pay more to get this things shipped ASAP. Then, when a carrier was confirmed, they said they'd pick it up Tuesday, but never showed up, Wednesday still no show and wouldn't answer calls, mailbox full, finally they showed up Thursday to get the car. On the other end it was even worse. I had to rent a car since 1.5 weeks were squandered (which would've been perfect time to ship it since I was on travel). The carrier finally contacting me saying they'd meet me on Monday. They never showed up nor answered any calls all day Monday. Tuesday passed with the same thing, and at this point I had to extend my rental car (at the higher rate). On Wednesday the driver said he'd meet me at the airport at 8pm where I needed to drop my rental car. I told him, please don't leave me there or I'll be stranded. Sure enough, (at this point I was pretty much expecting this...) he doesn't show, stranding me at the airport at 9:30pm. So I needed to take a taxi the 35 minutes back to my place. The following morning I walked to work, and he FINALLY called me saying he'd meet me at my work and he actually did drop it off that morning. The car was fine, but I was inconvenienced so badly due to their lateness and repeatedly lying about when they'd actually drop the car off. Communication was also as bad as you can get because no one would answer their phones, texts, and the voicemail boxes were full so you couldn't even leave a message.

It is unfortunate that this customer encountered several issues with his order. However, despite this customer choosing our economy saver rate (only used for orders with customers who have no time constraints), the vehicle was still picked up promptly within a week of his initial estimate. The vehicle was also delivered well within the time frame for delivery. We would suggest that customers who have time constraints select one of our multiple other options for faster shipment.
