I seldom give 5 Stars but for this review I did. I called AmeriFreight and was immediately connected with Ali Jones. I explained to Ali what I needed and what my concerns were. Ali was extremely receptive and patient with me, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. She assured me that AmeriFreight only deals with reputable trucking companies with great reviews. I was shipping my daughter’s car from California to St. Louis and needed to get the car to my daughter within a week before the start of school. After my conversation with Ali, she put my request out for bid and called my back within 5 minutes with a reputable transporter at the initial price she quoted me. Ali put me in communication with the transporter and continued to communicate with me throughout the process. The transporter arrived within the time frame quoted to pick up the vehicle. The transporter was very professional and friendly and answered any questions I had. The vehicle arrived in St. Louis on the date quoted in great condition. Needless to say, my daughter was very pleased.What I liked most about AmeriFreight and more specifically Ali Jones was the professionalism and willingness to see the entire process through from start to finish, which put me at peace, and worry free. If you are looking for a Reputable and professional Auto Transport company, I highly recommend AmeriFreight, and if you get Ali Jones as your representing agent, it’s a bonus. Thank you AmeriFreight and thank you Ali Jones.
