Overall I was happy with the experience. I liked the approach from Ken with starting at a lower price, and increasing it if the lower price did not find a carrier. The final amount came to $200 more than the initial quote, but after talking to Ken I pretty much expected that. This broker only takes $150 commission, whereas one of the other top 3 brokers was taking $200, which I think is excessive for just posting something on a board for the carrier to accept!
