Extremely Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service

At first glance, AM PM seemed somewhat capable. They were very courteous (I mainly dealt with Scott Khach) and although it was strange that they never provided email confirmations or receipts for my auto transport, I was given a detailed description of what to expect as well as delivery window. After that it went completely downhill - I was given about a week window of when to expect my vehicle. I could not have emphasized more to them that I could not do after a certain date because I'd be out of town. To this, Scott gave me a guarantee that it would be no problem. Now I realize that things definitely come up and delivery dates are mere estimates but they postponed my delivery window TWO TIMES and I ended up waiting another week and a half AFTER the end of the original delivery window. Both of those times, Scott and/or the carrier guaranteed a specific two day delivery window and each of those times I had to follow up only to find out they were postponing again. While I waited, I wracked up charges for taking cabs to and from work. As a result, I requested a partial refund. I have saved emails proving that Scott Khach promised me $50 back from AM PM and another $100 from the carrier company. I had to wait and follow up multiple times over 3 weeks to get the $50 back. To this day, I still haven't gotten the $100 even though I've followed up once a week via phone and email the past SIX weeks. In the beginning, Scott and/or customer service would nonchalantly say they would check on it and have it to me soon. The past two weeks they completely just started ignoring my emails or if I called, Scott would allegedly "be on break" over and over. All of my emails (which I'm happy to share to prove I'm not an overreacting customer) will show that I was completely polite and patient in every one of my messages, spacing them out by a week because I do realize people get busy. However, it's absolutely clear they just blew me off despite their poor service and failure to keep their promise. In my last email, I even gave them a heads up saying I'd give them one more chance before posting up reviews because I honestly wanted to give them a chance to right their wrongs. That was over a week ago and now I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as post up on multiple review sites. Do not use this company.
