No Customer Service - Car Missing

It’s been one week since my car was picked up. I have been trying to find out when I will get my car and no one at the company seems to know. I was told I would get my car within five days of being picked up. When I called to speak to the individual I’ve been working with I was told, yet again, that he was busy, so I asked the person I was speaking to if he could help me. After expressing my concern and disappointment about why I couldn’t get a straight answer about my car, the individual was extremely rude and asked me if I wanted him “to snap his fingers to get me an answer”, refused to give me his name, then hung up on me. I have sent emails and called back multiple times and no one has yet to help me. This company is a disgrace and has no customer service skills. I can only hope I will get my car very soon and in one piece.
