American Auto Transport of Florida misrepresented the shipment and lied about the cost. I was originally told the car would be picked up on Thursday but when I contacted the driver he told me he couldn't make it before Saturday. Saturday came and went and no car. Received a call at 8 a.m and was told the car would be picked up in 1.5 hours, well I was on the way to the airport. After he car was loaded i received a call from the driver informing me I was to pay $1050 when the car was dropped off. My contract said I owed $1000. The driver suggested I call the broker. I did so on Monday morning and Maria said there was a problem with the contract and she needed to investigate but would get back to me in 10 minutes. It is now Friday and I haven't heard from anyone from American Auto. I called 5 or 6 times, but they screen their calls and if you have an issue they don't call back.
