I was having trouble with a competitor that did not pick up our car as scheduled. (this was set up 7 weeks in advance and they didn't seem to think it was a problem that they couldn't find a carrier.). The next day I talked to Ryan at Allied Auto Shippers and he assured me that he could get the car picked up. One hour later I was called back as promised to let me know he was waiting to hear back from a carrier. Shortly thereafter one of his colleagues (Susan) said a driver would be there within 2 hours to pick up the car. I was very much relieved that we didn't have to change my Dad's flight. The car was picked up and delivered as promised. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again.
