VERY UNFAIR / NO FOLLOW UP

I WILL KEEP THIS SHORT, PLACED AN ORDER TO SHIP MY VEHICLE FROM CALI TO GEORGIA.
I DID SWITCH FROM OPEN TO AN ENCLOSED.
AFTERWARD I WAS NOT NOTIFIED NOR RECEIVE ANY UPDATES ON ASSIGNMENT OF A TRUCK DRIVER
SO I CANCEL THE ORDER WITHIN THE 72 HOUR PERIOD AND ALLEGIANT DO NOT WANT TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT
MENTIONING THAT A TRUCK WAS ASSIGNED( WHICH IS NOT TRUE)

SO TO END I WILL WRITE THIS REVIEW(MAYBE BY THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS THEY DON'T CARE)
AND I WILL CALL MY BANK AND FILE A DISPUTE FOR MY DEPOSIT.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AS FIRST TIME SHIPPING A CAR.
