It was shocking how disappointed I was after dealing with Allegiant, especially after how they bragged about how high of a caliber their company was. Here's my story with this company. I was told by Anthony to e-sign paperwork for the shipment of my car on Wednesday, expecting it to be picked up Thursday evening latest. Friday comes around and I call back to Anthony's extension. He apologizes and ensures me that my car will be picked up later that evening. Nothing. I call back on Saturday and am told by Matt that Anthony is a part time employee and will be in later. He also tells me that if they do not pick my car up by Saturday, Monday will be for sure. No surprise that I did not receive a call that day. Monday comes around and Allegiant asks if I still needed a dispatch for my car. I politely declined. About 2 minutes later, I find that I was charged $99.00. As I recall, Anthony clearly stated that there was no cancellation fee. I called back and discussed with Matt about the fee and he stated he was still waiting to speak with Anthony about waiving my fee. He also ensured me that the fee gets waived all the time and I had nothing to worry about. I called back on Wednesday seeing that I was not yet refunded and Joyce tells me that Anthony no longer works with Allegiant (how convenient...) and that I will not be receiving any type of refund. Now I am across the country with no type of transportation to and from work. So thank you, Allegiant, for making my life 100x more stressful, as if moving across the country was not stressful enough already.

Unfortunately the review above is only told through a singular perspective and neglects the untold truth of Allegiant’s hard work and dedication made towards servicing Andrew as requested. We made numerous attempts to consult with Andrew and adjust his terms to be more reasonable according to the market demands. Andrew insisted on his price point and time frame. We luckily found a driver willing to meet Andrew’s strict demands. Andrew then changed his plans and the carrier who committed to Andrew now had to find another customer. This fickle behavior was understood from the beginning of our arrangement that it would cost our carrier partners time and money which must be reimbursed in the event of a late cancellation. Andrew agreed to these terms from the very beginning. Allegiant also offered a full credit toward the shipment, but Andrew lost faith in Allegiant, although we actually secured a reliable driver, and Andrew severed all communications with our company abruptly. We continued to work on Andrews case for a full week. We are still willing to reimburse Andrew and credit him for a future shipment.
