This was my first time transporting a car via car-hauler. I worked with James Fox from All Terrain Logistics who contacted me quite literally within 30 seconds of my placing a request for bids to transport my car. He was very pleasant and professional, and worked with me on scheduling pickup and dropoff timing and locations. The whole back-end of this process was very easy and quick.
There was a little bit of difficulty getting the driver to deliver the car close to where we had contracted to do so. He wanted to drop the car off some 8 miles from my house, rather than somewhere closer. I realize that large trucks cannot navigate certain city streets, so i was willing to compromise (and we did), but 8 miles is WAY too far away, and smacks of being a bit lazy and wanting to drop off multiple cars in one location.
Additionally, somewhere during transport several large chunks of rubber were cut out of the front right tire on my car. In fact, I had to replace multiple tires after the trip on the car hauler.
Aside from those gripes, however, everything went smoothly, quickly, and the prices were very reasonable.
