Had the exact same experience as pat flynn.
I booked with them on Wednesday on AutoTransport City, trying to get a driver by the next week wednesday and they kept saying they'd set up a driver to contact me who never did.
They said a driver would contact me but they never did. The rep at this brokerage doesn't respond to you and they say they'll get back to you later which they never do and they don't respond to any calls or emails in the meantime.
The reps at this company are also very hard to understand as their english is broken and their accents are thick - I'm not racist by any means but they're literally incomprehensible at times.
I ended up cancelling and going with another broker who was much more responsive and actually got me a driver the next day.
The worst part is All State to State tried to claim that the driver from the other brokerage was theirs and that they wanted me to remove my cancellation request for a refund of my deposit with them. They're straight up lying at this point as the driver and other brokerage confirmed that he was not form All State to State and they're trying to scam me out of my deposit.
Will never work with these scammers again and advise you to look elsewhere.
