On April 5, 2018, I began receiving phone calls and text messages from James Grey to use his company again to ship my vehicle. They did well the first time and I eventually agreed. I told them I needed my vehicle delivered by April 27, 2018 by noon because I had meetings to go to and they were at different locations. I gave them the ability to pick up my car on April 23, 2018. I repeated my shipping needs again with the scheduling department who brushed me off and said ok when they called to schedule my pick up and delivery. On April 20, 2018 I request a copy of the drivers license, so that the driver could have my vehicle released to them upon his arrival. I was told to wait until April 22, 2018 and they will send it then. I contacted the company over and over again and did not receive the drivers license until April 23, 2018. April 22, 2018, I sent another message to James Grey asking when my vehicle was being picked up. I received no reply. April 23, 2018, I asked when my vehicle would be picked up, I was told on April 24, 2018. April 24, 2018 I asked again when my vehicle would be picked up. I was told by the driver that he was not scheduled to pick up my vehicle until April 25, 2018. I contacted James Grey and the scheduling department who would say they would get back to me and never did. April 26, 2018 I notified James Grey and the scheduling department that the rate we agreed on would be reduced due to me incurring out of pocket costs for not having my vehicle delivered on time as promised. I also told them that the driver should be aware of the issues that arose with our business transactions. April 28, 2018 at 7:00 PM the driver arrives with my vehicle and has no clue about the reduced rate and states that he can't give me my vehicle. James Grey refused to answer his phone and sent an email saying he would speak to me on Monday. That never took place. I told them I wanted a partial refund because I spent $200 Ubering to meetings and having food delivered due to the lack of transportation.
