THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE

This company contacted me by email after I requested quotes to move an inoperable dully truck from Ohio to North Carolina. I was quoted $475, and spoke to them on the phone. I filled out the online application to have the delivery scheduled and got a call asking for my credit card number to secure the driver. I was told the order was being sent to dispatch and I would hear something from a driver within 72 hours.The 72 hours passed I spoke one time to Trixie who told me the order went to dispatch and she would be back in touch shortly, its been over a week and we have not heard anything from her at all. I have tried numerous times to contact the company through text, email and phone calls with no response. I began to look into new companies and was told that this company listed our vehicle for $650, and we were never told about the change in price. Still after numerous attempts we have been unable to reach anyone, and their website states they are available 24/7. After not returning any messages, text or emails, it was brought to my attention yesterday that they relisted our vehicle, yet cannot answer an phone call or an email. It really seems as though they are avoiding responding to us. At this point I only want to speak to them to cancel the order, but I cannot even do that since no one will answer the phone or emails. So much for getting our vehicle here quickly. I will never consider using this company again, customer service is terrible.
