Had a good experience with this company.
1. Joe was my initial contact and he was always available to me anytime I had a question or change on my item count. We was always up front and forthcoming on the timeline for my delivery. He always made sure that I would get some kind of update either directly from dispatch or from himself if I called or sent him a text...
2. My rating is based on both their customer service and their hard working team. I was moved by Leo and his team they did a great job with packing and loading up my items for me. Leo was very helpful and made sure to explain to me anything I needed to know that was going on with the move process like if he needed to pack an extra box or if space was reaching the limit allowed on their truck. He worked with me and made a few adjustments on the bill to help me out. I believe strongly in tipping for services (I gave each guy $50 bux) and I even had some water and stuff for the guys when they came. I'm not sure if this made any difference in their work ethic that day but the guys at pick up and delivery were amazing.

I would highly recommend All Moving.
