The shipper contacted me mid-way through the transport of my vehicle and told me there would be an additional $100 fee (on top of the already above market quote) for storage inside my vehicle that was not previously disclosed upfront by All Day Auto when I signed up. I was told it was in the fine print and the shipper said that while virtually everyone stores items in their vehicle there is an additional fee that all brokers such as All Day Auto should tell you about. I was in a hurry to get my car shipped and did not read the fine print and the representative, John, from All Day Auto, was very rude and argumentative when I brought up that I was not notified of this additional charge. My car arrived without any damage but the customer service at this company is horrendous. Would not use again.
