A mess

I relocated from Jersey to Georgia. Kim B was my initial service rep and I felt that she was a bit pushy to get the sale. She informed me that the day before the pick-up date, the driver would call me to schedule the pick up. The day before arrives and no call. I called Kim B. twice and left a message and she never responded. I called the other number on my bill and got two different people who said they had no idea about this order and would figure something out and call me back... I received no call back. The day of pickup arrives and still no call. I called again and got Priscilla. She did her magic to find a driver but the driver wanted twice what All Day Auto Transport quoted me. My original quote was $525: $175 for broker and $350 for the driver. The driver ended up wanting $700 and the broker took $100. I had no choice but to pay it because I needed my car to get to work. All in all, VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of communication from this company. Thank you to Priscilla but everyone else was terrible.
