Everything went smoothly, it was done on time. The rate went up at the last minute but I was warned. We ended up with Tandem drives which got it here quicker so it was fine. My rating would have been a 5 if when trying to figure out timing of pick up and delivery that my calls were responded to a little quicker. I know they are subject to the carrier for the information but a call or a text giving me even that status would have helped. All and all it was a positive experience and I would use them again. The carrier they hired and the drivers were great. Suggestion - do these trucks have GPS trackers? How about a link so that we can track the. We would not have to call for a status update or an automatic update via email. ?? The dirt was from the road. You cannot help that!
