If you want a poorly focused run company that provides "transportation", these are your people!!
Damaged a brand new trailer. Will not answer phone calls from same number if showing twice. They will pick up from each different number if they don't realize the same person is calling from different numbers. Do not pay them upfront 100%, you will regret it. Poorly ran company looking out only for how they can make a quick dollar by any means necessary.
