I had a great experience with Advanced Auto Transport, and would definitely use them again. I shipped my car from MI to CA last summer (2013), and shipped it back again this summer (2014). I dealt directly both times with Donna Mileham, who is very good about returning calls and e-mails. She kept me well informed throughout the process, and worked with me to resolve any snags. The rate I was charged was certainly competitive ($1200 per transport, for a small car), even on the low side; my car was picked up on time, dropped off on time, and other than being filthy (which I expected), was in perfect shape.
For the first pick-up, in MI, we hit a snag when the scheduled driver had some sort of incident and was delayed by a few days. Since I had to leave town the following day, I needed the car to be picked up on the scheduled date, and informed Donna of this. After trying and failing to find a last-minute replacement driver, Donna sent a tow-truck to my house to get the car ASAP, and stored it on their lot for the two extra days, no charge; the car still got to CA before I did. For the return trip, I didn't even consider any other transport company. If I ever have to ship my car again, I will car Advanced Auto Transport first.
