They picked up and gave me an estimate of when it would delivered. They never kept me informed of where the car was at and found out they rerouted the truck to pick up more cars but did not let us know that. Terrible communications, evidently Vladi had better things to do and other things on his mind. I would never recommend them to anyone. The car did show up with damage to the seat because they had set things on it. I marked it and let the driver know, I was never told what I needed to do. There were things we were trying to do to see if we could rectify the problem, when we could not I contact Vladi and again the communication was terrible and everything was our fault. Lack of integrity and communication is prominent here.
