I have had numerous cars transported . Ace is definitely the worst experience I have had . My car got to me undamaged but not one thing I was told by Vladi came true ,all I got were excuses and when I pressed him he got angry with me and started telling me off. then when i told him he had bad customer service he said Goodbye and hung up on me while he had my car captive on his truck.. ,I would never use Ace again and recommend to others to avoid this company ,.Its was a nightmare experience dealing with Vladi .the dispatcher for Ace.. 17 days on the truck plus the 4 days they were late to pick it up they had my car for 21 days for what should have been a 3 day delivery. All I got were excuses.. There is more to the story.but no matter how you look at it they let me down.as a customer.. I gave 3 stars for Knowledge because Vladi is a pro at BS.
