ACA Transportation, located at 2410 65 Street in Brooklyn, is the worst transportation company I have ever encountered. On January 16, 2018, I accompanied an elderly woman from South Brooklyn to Manhattan Hospital on 61st Street. She was released after a difficult procedure at 3:30 pm - and we immediately called for transportation. The car arrived only at 5:30 pm - and for two more hours we drove around the city, collecting and transporting other people. The driver was very rude to us, threatening to drop us off in the middle of the road. An elderly woman, exhausted and hungry, arrived home at 7:30 pm - and found it in herself to thank the driver who ignored her and left without answering.

The manager of the company, Arthur, whom I called the next day, promised to talk with the driver, but warned that he wouldn't fire him. Apparently, the company is quite tolerant to this kind of behavior and finds it totally acceptable. Instead of apologies, the manager advised us to use other transportation companies.

I want to redirect his advice to everyone. If you have any chance to avoid dealing with ACA Transportation, take it.
