Lacks honesty and courtesy

I booked AAA Transporters for transporting my car from Washington state to Georgia for$1299. Just before picking up the car, Luke increased the charges by $200 though I had signed the contract for less and sent it to him. After that he won't answer the calls promptly. You may have to text him or send an email. After ten days, I called him to check on my car, he was very rude and yelling at me for no reason. I sent him a cool reply saying that there was no reason for him to get angry at a customer. I was only checking the status of my car. Then he sent me an email saying that my car will be delivered on 18th or 19th. He didn't keep his word and I finally got the car on 20th of June. The Dispatch numbers with extension given by him didn't work. No one will answer and it goes to answering machine. No one will return the call. Once the car is shipped, you can not track it. In short, no honesty and horrible treatment. I will never recommend this company to any one.
