Total scam artists. They charge the full amount up front after promising no change fees, a refund upon any cancelation and that you can ship items in the cab of the car. Ultimately there will be issues and then they become rude and care free. Once you are frustrated enough to cancel they refuse, saying their contract states no refunds, you can’t place items in the cab at all and they charge date change fees. This is after the owner told you the opposite. He then dares you to cancel and says no refunds. This is fraud and a violation of the law NRS 598A. Any man you speak with is the owner Mitchel Winik though he says his name is Richard, Michael, Peter or whoever he wants to be that day. Run run run. Their previous company was sued and sanction by the FTC. They love to respond to reviews by saying you were never a customer even though you have paperwork, charges and phone calls to prove otherwise. A couple of customers even recorded him running his scam. Check Yelp, Google and BBB if you have any doubts. Pretty huge conspiracy to get that many people telling the same story over the past 6 years.

Hello "Michael" You have admitted you are not our customer because you state you never shipped a vehicle with us nor do you provide and ID# or last name. We suspect you are the Michael who was recently terminated and is just lashing out. Nothing in your review is true. We do not have a cancel fee, you can put items in the vehicles with certain restrictions, The owner is Paul Everich who does not speak to consumers, there no Richard here, and Peter works in our customer service dept. Please find some other way to handle your firing. AAA Anytime Inc
