Based on my recent experience with this company they deserve the 5 star rating. These people don't waste time. I called on a Thursday and within 1 hour of signing the agreement I had the delivery date and a 3 day pickup window. One hour later, Ricky contacted me and gave me the exact pickup date and time and the name of the driver assigned to pick up my car. On Saturday, before noon (the day of the pickup) the driver called and told me he would pick up the car 6 hours later. He showed up on time. The car was picked up, loaded and delivered from Il straight to NV, where it arrived on Monday evening. I was able to talk to the driver up to the point of delivery. Ricky (the original point of contact with AAA) was courteous and professional and took the time to explain the process clearly. What I was promised, was delivered. Everything was paid upfront via AAA, so I did not have to deal with any COD or additional hidden charges, which seems to be an issue when you read the reviews written by people who employ other companies. I would definitely use this company's services again. Thank you AAA Anytime Inc.! BTW, I have not been in touch with AAA since the delivery was made, so they don't know I'm writing this review for them. They will probably find out when it gets posted.
