I will never use them again. While the quote was the cheapest the customer service is seriously lacking. Bike spent almost a week 1hr from where it was picked up. When I called the guy on the other end couldn't give me a straight answer as to why. I asked why I wasn't called or emailed about it not being delivered on the date in the original email and all I got was "that's an estimated date of delivery". Well I finally got my bike 5days after the "estimated delivery date". Needless to say if all you care about is the final price, yes they do have low rates. However if you are expecting your delivery to be quick or recieve ANY updates from the company forget about it.
