First time transporting a vehicle. Two previous brokers hired right after I bought car on ebay, one a small company, the other a major one, both fail to secure a driver by the time promised and even with additional time. I lost almost 3 weeks because of it, it was a purchased vehicle and this caused lots of stress not only to me the buyer, but a lot of inconvenience to the seller too (thankfully he was very patient and understanding). After deciding on my last attempt for a place that will follow trough, doing more research I found A to Z Auto Shipping, read the reviews, their experience, the proximity to my pick up location and most important, I noticed that they always addressed every negative review. THIS is what is important, when things go bad or not good, how does the company deal with it. It seemed worth the try. Got their contract/terms of service, not long, no lawyer necessary to make sense of it and the content was fair. Decided to go with them. I spoke with Samantha, gave me a quote, assured me the dates would not be a problem and left it up to them to follow through. Sure enough, on the days the car was available for pick up, A to Z Auto Shipping secured a driver and the car was picked up and the rest went so smooth. The driver contracted, Kevin was very professional and went out of his way to deliver the car. I would strongly recommend them for the aforementioned reasons and for putting a happy ending to my first experience with my first vehicle transport. It was important too because the car purchased would not have made the long drive had I decided to fly and drive it back myself or even renting a truck and tow dolly would have cost me a lot of $$$. Thank you everyone at A to Z Auto Shipping and keep up the good job, all the way from the top to the bottom of all your company's employees' effort.
