1st I will start off stating Carlos never told me they were a broker company. I didn't find out until the company called me to pick up my car and needed the buyer number. So I gave it sometime and Carlos to make sure everything worked out and he told me IDK you have to call ABAuto transporter their the ones who are shipping your car. So I call and she tells me my car will be delivered on Monday. I will call you and set up a time. I get a call Monday morning telling the driver is at the delivery address. I said I was told I would get a call to set up time. Then the driver asks me do you have a fork lift. I said NO. He tells me how did you think you were going to get the car off the truck. Then He hangs up and I get a call from Carlos says Ms. Randolph how did plan on getting the car off the truck you should have known you were going to need a fork lift. Everybody knows when you get a car from copart you need a fork lift to put the car on and off. I said well I didn't. Well your the 1 in the millionth person who doesn't. I siad if I needed further assistance with this car you had 5days to tell me. He said you should known. No where in my contract does it say fork lift needed. So they tell me they'll handle it, just to get you offthe phone. Everytime someone called it was a different story. Finally I get a call telling me the truck is on it's way back to Pompano and I was going to charged storage fees. The next day I call and still get the same story but no results.I have my bf call and they told him the bottom line I SHOULD'VE KNEW. He said I'm a lawyer isn't going to feel she should've known. He said well don't callno more have your lawyer call. I don't know how many women nor men that know you have to have a fork lift to get your car off of a transporter truck. I owed a balance of $350, now the other shipping co. want the $350 plus an extra $300 for having take the from Miami to Pompano and $50 a day storage and after 7 days she's putting a lean on my car. So I am getting a lawyer and please anyone who has had any problems with them please contact me so we can help each other.
