Eric went out of his way to accommodate our rather particular (fussy) needs.
He is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he is also friendly and pleasant to talk to.
We were contacted frequently throughout the proceedure with updates from both Eric and the driver.
The driver was a pro, for sure, and also very pleasant.
