Although my car was not picked up on the initial proposed dates (Dec. 30th or 31st.) it was completely understandable due to holidays and weather conditions. I was not surprised or disappointed that my car was picked up 3 days later again due to the time of year. Once the car was picked up Julius kept me well informed of the progress and the driver of the vehicle transport was a good communicator and very professional and polite. I would recommend both 1st Rate and Intermound Transport Logistics LLC. My car arrived in the same condition as I left it without a scratch on it. If I ever need to transport my vehicle again I would indeed utilize 1Flat-Rate and also highly recommend Intemround Transport Logistics LLC.
