Felt in the dark when scheduling, but very happy after move complete

The scheduling process was a little hairy. One of the main benefits of this company is they don't require up-front payment, but that doesn't apply when you use credit card. It took over 2 weeks to find a carrier, and I felt very in the dark during that process- however, a carrier was found that met my pickup schedule. He was going to arrive at the destination long before me, so we decided to go with credit card payment instead of the usual money order and therefore had to pay up front. To compensate for this, the company found us enclosed transport and only charged us for open transport, which seems fair to me. The car was dropped off as expected, and in pristine order, so that's obviously the most important thing. All in all I would probably use 1-Flat Rate again.
