I had a stress free transaction with 1 Flat Rate except for a small hiccup in the beginning where I asked for my car to get picked up after 5pm. Although the driver came a little early it worked out for me. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I had to move my car about 15 miles North of where I said my car would be. Mark picked up my car from the new location without any hassle. He then gave me an estimated date and gave me a call about a 5 hours before he would arrive to drop off my car. It was very stress free and I had my car in less than a week even though it was below freezing at some of the roads he was driving. AND I packed my car to the brim and was only charged a minimal fee. Thank you 1 flat rate!
