Ray is very upfront and honest, that's why I chose them. I asked for pick up any time after Christmas. Got a call 4 days before Christmas to pick up in 3 hours of call. Guy has till noon before seller was leaving. Guy showed up 45 min prior which worked great. 10 min and he was gone. I got another phone call from 1 Flat for an update that day. Got a phone call at 3pm on Christmas day for notification he can arrive by 7pm or morning if he had to. I agreed to 7pm. He arrived Christmas night, right on time at my front door. He was very nice. Noted all the nicks on car.
1 Flat does a military discount of 10% off the broker fees, so I got $20 bucks off. Gave the driver all cash and he was on his way.
Honest and great people. He will NOT harass you or go off on a tangent like some other brokers. It's fun to listen to his Irish accent also.
