Promised so many things and received nothing,

I was supposed to be notified when the vehicle was going to get picked up and that did not happen. I never got an update of where the vehicle was going to be delivered. They promised this "hassle free" experience thats why I paid $150 more than other companies and they failed. It has been a total disaster. Extremely unsatisfied with their service. The customer service representative was being rude and requested that I wire money to pay for delivery when I had already paid for it in full. I would not trust what they say and promise. Overpriced and not good enough. I would have been fine paying more for a "hassle free experience" that they promised but I have spent a total of 3 hours in two day trying to get this delivery settled. Watch out with what they tell you. The car has been in the delivery city for over 12hrs. and they can't release it. Word of Advice: do not trust what they tell you over the phone. The "hidden fees" that other companies charge and supposedly they change the total amount is not true. I got screwed with $350 dollars. The shipping cost was only $500 but had to pay a total of $350 for them to mess up.
