Very clear communication. Delivered what ever was told and explained. I did not had to wait for additional day to get the car picked up. Also was delivered on the day I was told.
Bottom-line: You need to pay for the service you want.
One thing I would say. I wish they could pick the car from my house and deliver to the destination address. Not sure what other service provider does. Very short notice for that.
