For first timers such as myself .
1-Make sure you have at least a half a tank of gas or more if they have to add gas to your car it can cost a fuel surcharge
2-Don't expect the actual trailer that your car is going on to come and pick up your car more likely someone will come and take your car to the lot where the trailer will put all the cars going to your area
3-The more flexible you can be with pick up days and drop off days the easier your move will go. Holidays,Traffic,weather can all effect when they pick up and drop off your car. 3 days on either side should be pretty good. I enjoyed working with Matt from Lightning and his price was one of the best. I would use them again
