I received a discount off my shipment in exchange for this review. I needed to ship my Jetta from West Hollywood, CA to my new place in Portsmouth, NH. Graham found me a price cheaper than my original quote and set everything up nicely on less than a week notice. On Friday morning they were supposed to come pick up my car, they called and said they had delays in traffic and nicely asked if it was okay if they came the next day. I agreed. Saturday morning, the situation repeated. They apologetically said they could still pick up my car that morning, but they would have to drive my car back to their lot to put on the carrier. I said I would rather wait another day to have it loaded onto a truck as originally planned. They guaranteed the next day I would be the first priority. Sunday morning they arrived right on time, took pictures, and loaded it up. Despite the 2 day delay in pickup, they still guaranteed the original delivery date would would be met, and it was. Arrived in great condition, unsurprisingly dirty on the outside as it was an open container shipment. All in all great experience!
