My wife and i had to move from CA to TX for job training. We had never shipped any vehicles before and heard realky bad storys about brokers. We had to have our car shipped and had a million calls coming in from differnt brokers. United Auto Movers contact us and walked threw a contract and helped us understand everything that was going to happen. David took the time to explain the fee's and how shipping worked.They took no money up front from us,which the other companies wanted money right away. David explained that they wanted to earn our business and trust and that made us feel good. After we had a contract with them, we got a personal phone from Joe,who was very good at showing us that he takes his time with every one of his customers. He updated with us threw out the movement. The driver was very nice,careful, patient and on time with our car. The amount that was quoted to us never changed, their was no hidden costs. I will have a few more moves ahead of me and i will always use United Auto Movers......
