Almost *too* easy!

When my husband and I decided to relocate from Sunnyvale, CA back to Columbia, SC, we were pretty anxious (second only to flying with our dog for the first time!) about transporting my car across the country. Felicia made the process so painless we almost got anxious about how easy it was!!! To make matters all the more interesting, we decided, at the last minute, to go ahead and ship my husband's car, as well, and Felicia was able to swoop in and add it to our quote at blinding speeds and with zero concern. She was helpful and transparent and incredibly responsive - sometimes we would reach out to her when a question struck, assuming that we would get an answer on the next business day, and she would respond almost immediately! I don't want to promote working on weekends or evenings, but it was definitely a pretty nice customer experience. All in all, she did an amazing job getting us set up and transported, and I would highly recommend her and her service to anyone!
