I was actually shipping my Jeep from Canada, Ontario to USA, Miami. It was my first time doing such thing, but i had to relocate because of my job. I made the request online and literally was bombarded by phone calls! move became even more stressful. Every company was just trying to sell their service to me, which was not the case with movewheels. I talked to Max, he was very polite and was not pushy at all like other companies, so i felt pretty comfortable, we discussed price, timing and i did check their reviews as well. Then i started getting different emails from companies for cheaper prices, it was very confusing. Max was very patient with me and explained how this industry works by using same carrier system. Cheaper prices did look appealing, so he was kind enough offering me the start off price i would like to see if any carrier would like to accept. (as i was flexible with couple of days), he was giving me updates with different carriers and i chose the one that would work for me the best. He was communicating with me while my car was in transit which was also very nice, i got it safe and sound and very happy with the choice i made by going with them.
