I researched this company online, read great reviews, and decided to use them to transport my 93 Mustang. The customer service rep was very helpful and professional. On Dec 29, 2015, I paid a deposit of $199. I was told it would take a few days to locate a driver. However, during this period the weather wasn't the best so I was understanding if it took an extra day or two. Finally, 1 week went by and they still haven't found a driver. Then a few days later, they emailed me stating that no driver would pick up my car for the rate they quoted me ($575), so they would bump up the price to $600 (no big deal). After week two and no driver, I decided to cancel my order and look for another company. The customer service rep was understanding and informed me that I would receive my deposit back on my credit card. The company emailed an order cancellation stating I would be credited back $199. I cancelled on January 14, 2016 and today is January 29, 2016. I have yet to receive my deposit back. I'm sure the owner may respond to this review saying some banks take longer to release the funds, but that is false. I spoke with my banking institution (USAA) and I should have received my deposit within a few days of my order being cancelled. It's been 2 weeks. I just want my deposit back.
