This was my first time shipping a car and the process was pretty smooth. Stephanie provided the quote and all necessary contractual documents promptly to me via email and was available for any questions or problems that occurred. The only ripple was that the car was picked up a day later than the scheduled date, and arrived 2 days after the scheduled arrival date. However, the driver was in contact me several times regarding the delays, he was courteous, professional and delivered my car in perfect condition. I have no complaints.
