This was our first time shipping a car, and we had concerns about choosing a transport carrier that would take care of the car and deliver when promised. We chose Ship a Car Direct because, based on all the reviews, they took care of choosing a carrier that they had vetted and they did the scheduling. Ship a Car Direct more than met our expectations. Karen, our service rep, sent us numerous tips on how to prepare the car for shipment and was in nearly daily contact with us via phone or email to make sure all our questions were answered. The carrier they chose picked up and delivered the car when promised, and it arrived in great shape. We were very pleased with ship a car direct, will use them again, and highly recommend them.
