My car was picked up and delivered within the "estimated" times, Donna seemed very helpful until the deal was sealed than was as if she vanished, she pushed the issue of having constant contact with driver during the 7-10 days my car was gone, on day 8 prior to my estimated delivery date, I asked for an update and she tells me the driver can't "constantly" be on the phone!!!! I don't think my request was to much after 8 days!!! Finally driver contacted me, he was friendly, drove my car right to my door and informed me he ate a couple protein bars in my car, I never got a clear answer on why he was in the glove box but nothing else seemed to be bothered... He was to friendly to be mad at, I even gave him a couple more for the road. I would definitely recommend just finding a company To go threw directly verses a 3rd party that is just an extra cost ...But it's been a learning experience and everything turned out .... I talk to Stephanie in dispatch a couple times she seemed knowledgeable and helpful
