Terrible communication. Just cared about getting paid.

Overall the service I receive was terrible. trying to contact the driver of my vehicle was impossible and contacting the dispatch was almost impossible to do as well. when I did get somebody all the told me was to pay the driver they really didn't care for what I had to say. It got to the point where I had to speak with someone else since the first lady I spoke to got upset with me when I was only asking about my car. The car can earlier than expected and tried to reason with them but they didn't want to hear it also they told me that I would come at 5 in the afternoon of the delivery date so I had to leave work early but the driver had my car confused and he didn't come until midnight. They kept telling me they would call back when they didn't have a answer for me which was all the time but they never called back. This was the worst experience.
