She was very helpful on the phone. Very friendly and personable. I appreciated how patient she was with all my questions and was a great liason to the difficult truck driver. Car was WAY delayed for delivery but wasn't Auto Shipping Group's fault, it was the transporter's fault. Stephanie was helpful giving me updates on where my car was and helped me get compensated by the shipping company for the delay in delivery.
