Bill West told me they could do this stress free and fast. The motorcycle arrived almost two weeks late and after several calls and listening to all the excuses I just decided I was duped and to forget about it. It had a scratch, handle bars were pushed down almost touching the tank(cause the driver who strapped it didn't know how to strap a motorcycle), dirty and some extra miles on it. The driver took no responsibility for any of it of course. Said that's how he loaded it. I decided to not even push it my experience was so bad with this company. I just wanted it to be over. But about a week after I had left negative feedback about my experience I was contacted from a Haul-Your-Boat And RV Transport INC represntative and left to threatening voicemails cause of my review of my experience with them. I wished I could download these voicemails so you could hear. It's almost unbelievable
