Overall Felicia did a great job. My non perfect rating is related to things more beyond her control and relative rating to what I had before with your same company but different carrier.
Given experience I had previously In shipping my car I expected true Door to Door pickup and delivery. At pickup the carrier did not want to drive down our street. One that major moving company's semi trucks done before. Instead my mother and sister fortunately were available to drive almost a mile away to a Home Depot parking lot. Similarly on pickup the driver parked half a mile away from my office. Fortunately at that time I was free. Also the carrier had given me a window of delivery time of 11-1pm the day before and changed to 12-2 and ultimately delivery came closer to 2:45 before my ten minute walk to find the driver.

Also it would have been more convenient to make 100%of the payment via credit card. Fortunately my bank is fight by my work to get cash above the atm withdrawal limit.
